Be the band! In Music in Common’s Amplify program, skilled musicians reimagine songs written by youth from around the world in Music in Common’s JAMM program, propelling their powerful messages to a wider audience through live performances and recordings. Think of it as band camp on a mission.

 

The Amplify 2025 program is produced in partnership with Berkshire Community College and takes place on their campus in Pittsfield, MA with access to the school’s recording studio, music lab, and rehearsal space. Each day is spent learning and rehearsing a full set of songs to perform in a series of culminating concerts for the greater Berkshire community. An original song will be written by the band and recorded for possible inclusion on an upcoming Amplify album. This program is open to musicians 18 and older from around the U.S.
